Long-Distance Relationship Lessons with Daniela
Sunday May 17, 2020
Sunday May 17, 2020
Season 1, Episode 8. Technology and social media have made it even easier and more likely for people to start - and stay in - long-distance relationships. For Daniela and her partner, dating from a distance became a no-brainer after they met at her university and wanted to stay together. Contrary to what people might think, dating from thousands of kilometers away actually allowed for their own personal growth to flourish, which in turn strengthened their relationship. As a woman from El Salvador, Dani also explores the culture shock of moving from Latin America to Germany. After 6 years there, she has mastered the German language but still wouldn't trade her favorite beach in El Salvador for any other spot in the world.

Home Workouts & Rethinking Fitness with Nino Klatt
Monday Apr 27, 2020
Monday Apr 27, 2020
Season 1, Episode 6. Staying fit isn't about how many protein shakes you're drinking or which diet you're currently on- it's about your mindset! Like many of us during this quarantine, Nino has had a hard time staying motivated without access to the gym. In this episode, we learn about Nino's fitness journey, how to approach the gym as a beginner, and ways to stay fit while at home (or on-the-go). Rather than obsessing over the number on the scale, he encourages listeners to rethink their fitness journey so far and embrace both healthy foods and "treat days." There are plenty of ways to stay healthy at home- but the best way is to do what feels good for your body!
